Experiencing loss from a young age, I find myself clinging to memory, unreliable and abstract as it is, as though my life depends on it. My memories are often dream-like– pervasive, recurring, and disorienting. My background is primarily in printmaking, a medium which itself lends to the repetitive and fluid nature of memory and loss. I document my own acceptance of the tragedy of memory through domestic imagery, as the spaces I have inhabited provide the framework of my selfhood.
